The purpose of burlesqueshows.events (hereafter "the Website") is to introduce the artistic work of Nadia Boyko and provide information about available burlesque shows, event packages, press content, and collaborations. Accessing or browsing this Website implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Use outlined below.

The Website is published by Nadia Boyko, professional burlesque artist and choreographer.

2. 📱 Use of the Website

Users may browse the Website freely without registering. However, if Users submit information via booking, contact, or any other form, that information must be complete and accurate. Malicious or fraudulent use of the Website is prohibited and may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website without prior notice due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or other necessary updates.

3. 🗕️ Bookings and Events

• Last-Minute Booking:You may be able to book a last-minute burlesque show if the performer is available. Rush bookings are occasionally accepted for solo burlesque performances, depending on schedule and location. Please contact us directly for urgent availability. A 25% rush fee applies to all last-minute bookings.
• Late-Night Show:For performances scheduled to begin after 11:00 PM local time, an additional late-night surcharge of 35% will be added to the total booking cost. This surcharge reflects extended service hours and logistical considerations.
• Booking Confirmation: Confirmed only upon written agreement and/or receipt of deposit.
• Deposits: Non-refundable unless we cancel the performance.
• Client Cancellations: Less than 14 days before the event = 100% fee. Between 15–30 days = 50% fee.
• Performer Cancellation: If cancelled by us, we will refund or provide an equivalent show.
• Lineup Changes: We reserve the right to change performers or show structure without notice.

4. 👗 Behavior and Content

• No contact policy: Physical contact with performers is strictly forbidden unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Media Sharing: You may take photos/videos for personal use, but credit Nadia Boyko and tag @_nadiaboyko_ on Instagram.
• Respectful Conduct: Disruptive, discriminatory, or offensive behavior will result in removal without refund.

5. 🎟️ Ticketing

• Final Sales: All ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled by us.
• Third-Party Bookings: Follow the terms of the external platform used.
• Late Arrivals: Entry is not guaranteed after the show begins.

6. 📦 Packages

BurlesqueShows.Events offers multiple show packages (Velvet, Rose, Ruby, Diamond, Platinum). Details are listed in our FAQ section. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing.

7. 🛡️ Liability

• We are not liable for cancellations or damages caused by force majeure or third-party technical issues.
• Users are responsible for their own equipment and internet security when accessing the Website.

8. 🔐 Intellectual Property

The entire Website content (design, texts, videos, photos) is the intellectual property of Nadia Boyko and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
